We are going to want to follow this story, if you notice no charges were filed, I suspect they are not really sure if he did anything wrong.
.
.
If you read this copy and paste, you will see who turned him n. I heard this ex-wife story a few times over the years.
.
Agents from the ATF and bomb squad personnel were busy removing a huge cache of illegal fireworks from a Youngstown home this week. Authorities acted on a search warrant when they entered the house in the 2200 block of Kirk Road on Wednesday, where they say the man who lives there had been making and storing explosive devices for some time. Neighbors told investigators that the owner of the house was well-known for staging very impressive fireworks displays for the Fourth of July each year. The name of the homeowner was not immediately provided until the City Prosecutor’s office reviews the case, but charges are expected to be filed. Authorities say they were tipped-off to the operation by the man’s ex-wife.

Interesting that you see no 1.3 items being removed. Looks like all consumer cakes and racks.

She is the lowest form of human life. Why would you do this to someone else? You know what's worse? The lieutenant will be using these fireworks for his display!

I placed a call to this person and left a message on his answering machine. I figure if he has those racks etc. there may be a possibility he watches my videos. We will see if he calls me back.
This situation is very unusual for Youngstown. Someone that watches my video told me they live in Youngstown Ohio and the police do not say anything about people using fireworks in that city. If that is true or not I do not know. I suspect next week they will come up with a charge that is unrelated to possession of consumer fireworks or explosives. We will have to remember to continue to follow this situation.

This is something news reporters occasionally do, they will call the American Pyrotechnic Association when a fireworks related story makes the news. I suspect they may have tried to call Phantom Fireworks and then Phantom directs them to APA for comment. In this copy and paste you will see a comment from Greg Smith APA, further they appears to be more to the story.

.
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -
There is new information about that illegal fireworks raid on Youngstown's west side. The Youngstown Police Bomb Squad and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were in Salineville on Thursday. That's where they've recovered suspected explosive materials that were dumped and could be connected to Wednesday's raid at a Kirk Road home.

Experts say they weren't just dealing with illegal fireworks, but explosives which presented a volatile situation that threatened to put an entire neighborhood in danger.

Lieutenant Doug Bobovynik is the commander of the Youngstown Police Bomb Squad, "It was good that somebody had notified the Youngstown Police Department of this matter because it did pose a significant danger to the immediate neighborhood."

Authorities say there's evidence that the person who stored the fireworks at the west side home, also allegedly altered or manufactured them there as well.

Gregg Smith is the Safety Program Manager for the American Pyrotechnics Association, and he says, "This was a good scenario -- they caught an individual doing this before something terrible happened. Because there is a huge chance that the longer they do it, the more likelihood there could be a catastrophe. Because they don't understand what they're truly working with in the manufacturing part."

Smith has spent 40 years in the fireworks industry and says some of the materials that were found on their own aren't volatile, it's when they're mixed with other chemicals that they're a recipe for disaster.

"The process of manufacturing is the most dangerous process. That's why it's always done in a professional controlled environment with trained individuals. ... And there are many laws that have to be followed, but yes it is very dangerous," Smith said.

At this point police are not naming any suspects, and say they plan to consult with the prosecutor before filing any charges.

This is so ridiculous! !! I'm sure when they said he was "modifying" fireworks he may have been just fusing things together. Since the safety rules say don't light more than one thing at a time they may be trying to ding him for stupid shit like that

Good thing I don't live in Ohio. The most bothersome part of that video was the neighbors' comments. You can see the underlying narrative of fireworks that they've been brainwashed with, YET they will willingly pipe in natural gas to at least 2 rooms of their house and not think twice about it.
