Well today was the interview. I must say it went very well and the guy was VERY helpful. I must credit Dave and Lynch Imports for the help! Now just to sit back and wait for the blue envelope 8-).... is it here yet LOL jk. Usually what's the turn around time for it to be completed?

Id say from the time your inspector submits the paperwork probably 7-10 days is a good guess

I see you now have your Type 54 User of Display Fireworks. That is great, now do what the permit says, and use some display fireworks. Congratulations

I've always said that it's more like an information session explaining your responsibilities with respect to record keeping, storage, lost or stolen product etc. Main "question" seems to be where you would be using the product i.e. club shoots, private or professional shows.

What matandch said. Its more of a informational session and to make sure you know what you are doing.

When I had my meeting back in March I had previously already stated my use for 1.3.... NHPA club events and shooting out in PA. Where you plan to discharge is probably the biggest question though. Having the 54 doesnt give you free reign to blast off fireworks although shooting in certain states is much easier then others
