I can give you the formula for the inserts used to make the butterfly shell, but the actual assembly procedure requires much explanation. Do you know how to make the shell & just need the formula for the inserts or do you need instruction on how to make and assemble the shell?

This is the formula for the inserts:
Potassium nitrate .............45
Sulfur ................................ 6
Charcoal (150 mesh) ....... 29
Dextrin ............................ 5
Ferrotitanium .................. 15

Those inserts certainly do not contain FeTi. They're white, not the orange/yellow of FeTi

Black powder + 10% titanium will get you close.

For what it's worth, I find it very hard to buy that he knows how to make the inserts but somehow has not come across a suitable formula.
