Call a wedding planner and ask them who does their pyro. Call any big party venues that host big parties and ask them as well. If you have a sports venue that shoots pyro, ask them who their pyro company is. Call any municipality in your area that you know shoots a show on the Fourth of July and ask them. You get the idea. Poke around, ask questions, and you will find out who can supply you. I found my distributor by calling a local theme park that shoots every night they are open. Their pyro contractor trained me and supplies me.
