Sell Fireworks in Kansas.
Here is a link to the State of Kansas Office of Fire Marshal. It looks like they just updated parts of it. It gives you an idea what is needed to sell fireworks. I would challenge the permit requirement to make your own fireworks because the state no longer regulates explosives. They may still control storage facilities or magazines.
