Well just finished my magazine today. Still waiting for atf contact. I sent my app in without painting my mag so that's what I did today. I built it out of 3/16" and 1/4" aluminum. Lol "non sparking". It's 4 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft. It's an indoor magazine so I can only hold up to 50 lbs of comp but that is plenty for me. Anyway.... let me know your thoughts.

I adjusted your pictures so they are visible on the forums and with the link both. You looking great. This is the first time I saw a magazine suspended on a wall. That is great idea. I like it, you may have inspired others. It looks like it is in a garage. This is a detached garage in an unoccupied building?

Yea 75 ft away from my house.... corner of my mag to closet point of my house. And I'm in the middle of 5 acres It's easier to get into if it's suspended. And no water issues... i always heard your residence doesn't count as an occupied structure. .. "you can blow yourself up but not your neighbors".... dave. Thank you for fixing my pictures

Make sure those are 5-pin locks with at least 3/8" case hardened or boron alloy shackles. That is a very cool construction, let us know if it passes.

Yea they only sell 1 lock with 3/8" boron hardened shackles and a 5 pin tumbler at lowes. I think I went overkill on security since this is in a locked building. I think I only needed one lock. No hood. But I did the 2 locks and 1/4" hood anyway. Only 20 more bucks for another lock. Last thing I want to hear is sorry it's not approved

75ft minimum distance from house correct? This corresponds to neighbor houses as well correct? Or does the distance increase if you have neighbors on both sides of you, but we all live in 1acre lots?

Nice setup by the way, definitely a Lil different but I think I like it better then being on the ground...

Is their any laws saying you can or cant disguise the box? Maybe drape a blanket in front of it or make it into shelving to blend it in a bit?
