This is video of my short notice backyard fireworks display. I estimate the cost on this display to be $120.00 USD. Just a little something to ring in the new year. Temp outside was 15 degrees, I had the Cobra Modules sitting on the cold ground for at least two hours prior to shoot. I kept the remote in the vehicle until shoot time.
Even with a small electric display like this one adds a significant amount of setup time. It took me at least three hours to prepare this display for electric firing. I almost was going to just drop and light it but decided electrical firing would present it the best.
The display was two and a half minutes. We can see an average backyard display is somewhere between $50.00 and $60.00 per minute when shooting in a professional manner at a slow pace. Say for example I get invite back next year to this party and people want to contribute. I would suggest the amount for product alone should be at least $500.00. At that amount I can run a wireless fired display for 8 to 10 minutes. Of course this is a non profit display with all funds used for product.

Nice set up video. It looks like you fireworks came in before the holiday. If I remember correctly you are very close to obtaining an ATF license. Just think how different the display will look them. It looks like you have a great clearance at that site.
If you are having trouble loading pictures on the forums, remember you can load pictures on the "Post Photo" section of pyrotalk. all you need to do is open a free account. The pictures load quicker and have higher resolution. You then right click on the picture , copy the url and embed the link here. You can post a total of six picture/video in one post. The weather in Texas looked a lot warmer than it did in Pennsylvania where I live.
