If those were 1.3 fireworks, I know they would blow up the trailer. Those must have been modified 1.4 fireworks.

it appears to just be a couple 200 saturn missle batteries going at once with some smoke bombs
that's not 1.3 .

Agreed--it was all a stunt & NOT 1.3 product. HOWEVER--he was placarded as a 1.3 vehicle & rolled right through a rail road crossing without stopping first. Big no no!!
