I just released this video, the town is West Middlesex Pennsylvania, the celebration is the towns sesquicentennial. A sesquicentennial is a 150 year celebration. I did this display for Kellners Fireworks. The man in the video is Rick, Rick has been watching my videos over the years and with the help of my ATF package obtained his ATF 1.3 license. He purchases 1.3 fireworks for July 4th at Kellners fireworks.
