This might sound like a dumb question but is the effect dust or smoke ?

Smoke i assumed and it almost looks like instead of stars the shells shoots out a bunch of lit smoke bombs or balls. lol

Lmao yes Dave actually your correct ive seen these over 5 years ago i was just responding to Jman i figured he never seen them. New about this site since you created it but only started commenting on the forums recently, and NO def not new to fireworks. lol
