I hate to say it but that looked like a ball! Testosterone can't be ignored. Is it possible to do that safely? I don't know. They obviously tried. Guys (and girls evidently) will always do this kind of stuff, whether or not it is "glorified" on youtube. The physician in me says it's dangerous and crazy, the man in me says "Suit me up!"
