New firework effect:
I. set up 8" mortar.
2. Insert 8 oz 2FA Black Powder lift charge & QM fuse.
3. Insert Punxatawney Phil in tube---tamp firmly.
4. Light fuse..
Effect: 8inch Happy Groundhog Shell: fleshy pink pistil with inner ring of brown fur and outer ring of burning hide with smouldering orange fur tips Rising burning tail effect with horrible squeal.
