I keep saying people loading these consumer artillery shells upside down continues to be a problem. Now you see why in some countries outside of USA these reloadable shells are not permitted for sale.

It's dangerous for any lives, even a dog! It should never be tested outside of a workhouse or under no professional's supervision with secure equipments!

Cynthia.... this is Consumer Fireworks, no professional needed.

Also there are some people who should just not use fireworks anyway.

yes, I knew it's consumer fireworks, it can be lit without professionals , but at least it should be followed the Warning or Caution tips on the label. I mean it's not advisable for common consumer to TEST an Artillery Shells Upside Down, it's risky. I saw too many accidents in liuyang, I just don't want anyone be hurt instead of enjoying them..

there is a simple way to solve this on all ball and canister shells their should be a sticker that says top... same thing goes for all cakes if the top of a cake and shell just had the world top on it in bright colors like excals and megabanger shells do there would be no problems..
