Obvious Rewrap

This has to be the most obvious rewrap fireworks product ever. My suspicion is the single shot thunder king is a 1.3 product. Last, I talked with someone knowledgeable about this sort of thing. If you put a new wrapper on a 1.3 and call it 1.4 that is a very serious offense.

We have exactly the same red thunderkings over here and they are definetley a 1.4 product in Europe.
The bang is not that loud either, max 1,5 grams of flash for the burst.
