First off, welcome to the discussion forums. You did a great job on that display. I noticed you did a little extra effort to angle the finale racks, it paid off in the end because the finale looked great with that little spread. I particularly like how the two big shells finished at the end of the finale. I also liked how the two big shells finished with a slight crackle at the end of the star burn.
The shoot site looked great. In the first video at the 10 second mark it looked like fish were jumping in the water.
We do not necessarily need to know what company this is. I wish more members would post these types of setup videos.
Just so you know I made your video so it plays directly on the site. The way to do that is to click on the little green filmstrip icon and put the youtube link in the newly open little window. I may have to do a video about how to do this.

Thanks you its great to be here. It might of been fish but probably just people swimming it is lake michigan after all. The local Fire department does the show with help from GLF. The racks were like that to spread out the effects so it wasnt so jumbled mess plus it gives it that different pop on the finale and looks better. yeah those 10'' make a good hang at the end feels like there breaking and falling right on the crowd. I have another vid shot in 2010 ish on a barge in Traverse City almost like this.

AWESOME AWESOME shoot site!! Please post the barge shoot too. I for some reason have an infatuation with barge shoots. :)

Just being out on the water on a barge with fireworks sounds like an amazing time, I cant wait to get a chance at that!!

Its kind of odd cause u are stuck on what pretty much relates to a floating bomb and the only way out is in the water but it a really heart pumping fun way to shoot fireworks. I hope u get a chance to do it its a shoot that last in your memories for a while.

Yea, its one of things I have wanted to do since the first time I seen a fireworks display out on the Delaware River as a little kid.

I always told myself, "I will be out there one day!"
