ATF type 54 qeustion

if i apply now for a atf lincense now would they aprove me? im 19 now or do i have to wait to be 21. a work for to pro fireworks displays companys if thats helps at all. any info is greatly appreciated. thanks

You need to be 21 to obtain one, but can be 18 or older to work with the fireworks
