Sharp Shooter

Has anyone shot Sharp Shooter? I was given a box and to my suprise I thought they were just black box artillery shells. Instead they are something else. I have tried to upoad a pic of them but can't make it work. Needless to say I went and bought all they had which was a case and two box's.. total of 14.
