California Fireworks

In California carton citys allow fireworks. This is the ads i got in the mail from the local stands Phantom fireworks and TNT fireworks (aka red devil fireworks, Freedom Fireworks) these brands are the only two companies allowed to sell fireworks in Watsonville CA i attached is scans of the ads and the copy of the laws. In this city it is local non profets and schools that sell the fireworks as fundraisers.

i am not trying to promote TNT or Phantom Fireworks just wanted the rest of the usa to see what we are limited to as consumers in California.

also found out that even though it says safe and sain does not necessary mean it is legal in ca the CAL fire hands picks each firework in each Assortment and then approves the sales.
