I love the fire dept and everything they do but that chief was an idiot. I'm sorry. You can see he purposefully put that cake on one of the edges of the pallet. And why not safely on the flat ground? Then the poor poor woman got a boo boo on her poor wittle foot. Please! Sorry but this pisses me off. These reasons contribute to me being deprived of fireworks for many years. I used to live in New york and I remember my father lit one tiny pack of firecrackers and the cops put handcuffs on him. Our tax dollars hard at work...
