This is a bad thing to do IMO, new on line fireworks site pirating firworks you can plainly see. when you know your fireworks and know who makes them then you get some one to put a sticker over the brand, and not cover it up all the way??? pluse selling it for then what it realy is. Opinions???

I have a feeling there is story to this and unfortunately it is not the one you are thinking it is. If I remember correctly, the name on the new sticker is the name of the original manufacture in China.

Ok that might be but this site only has 9 500gr cakes at lease 4 of tham are a brand that we can plainly see. but you just might be right on that Dave!! just thought it was wrong to take some ones products and put your owen sticker name on that product.

yes Sister brand not Brothers, ok just clarify what im saying is this is a Sister brand. what i was wondering is can this be right to do this? or not? I dont think you can take products that says one name and put your name over it a call it yours. at lease change the picure, now Sisters brand is not Brothers brand!! Dave did a video when Sisters brand came out and yes logo looks like Brothers but it is not. all is manufacture in China but if the brand name has its owen manufacture ?? with its copy rights then why would you just put a sticker over the name and call it good.

I dont believe China has a copy right law I know if I want a GI Joe I can order it and have it in my (own) packaging same thing with videos and clothing, and most comes from the same company over there without restrictions

it would be like putting a manufactures name over Black Cats name or Brothers brand.

My Guess would be something happened with sisters brand and the factory where they are made. Maybe they were left over and the manufacturer wanted to dump them so they slapped their sticker on it. Thats my Guess. Will be interesting to see the truth.
