Are there any fellow pyrotechnics from VA? This year I am trying to figure out the laws/getting my pyrotechnics licenses. I will be up front I am clueless on everything, I just love fireworks and with having a family now I want to do backyard stuff. Nothing crazy big, I am wondering if anybody from other states where fireworks are "banned" Can you still order fireworks online to have them shipped to your home? Even without lighting them off? Will i have to have a pyrotechnics licenses to even order them? I joined this community to find these things out and answers and would like to grow this old hobby of mine with in the community!
