Huh? They thought $40 was going to get them a Cobra system? It might get you a Cobra shirt. Not really making fun of the purchaser, but it illustrates that many people try to make the jump into advanced pyrotechnics without any basic understandings of the industry. In a round about way, your verification process may have prevented someone from getting seriously injured or worse.
