The little parts of it I was looking at appears to be Consumer Fireworks. The media used the term “Commercial Grade Fireworks”. Because it sounds more dramatic than Consumer Fireworks. Over the years I believe I heard the term “Dangerous Fireworks” used in California when referencing Consumer Fireworks.
On a side note, I’m liking that flash bang long gun the police are shooting. You can see some it here in this video.

Hey Dave this reminds me and I'm pretty sure at one time you had a video of these, were the noise making screamers and bangers for scaring away geese. Joseph reed was it - anyway last time I looked you no longer need a mag to keep the bangers in, i wonder if they got into the articles classification.
Also I have a friend that has or had bangers that went into a 12 guage shotgun, if I remember they went probably 100 yards -- I don't even know if they are legal or if they still make them.

Last time I looked they make two different banger cartridges for the bird banger. One is ATF regulated and one is not. I have not seen the non regulated ones but if they are built the same they are easy to make them louder. Although it carries a risk of exploding at launch
