The National Fireworks Association and most likely the APA told these retail outlets not to place these Articles of Pyrotechnic AKA “Pro” products on the shelf for the average walk-in consumer to purchase. The large import wholesalers selling to these mom and pops should make their retail customers sign an agreement outlining they will not sell these products in a common showroom.
