Came across this article about illegal fireworks being set off in California. They say they are "large, professional grade fireworks" but it's hard to tell if that actually means 1.3g or just consumer 1.4g, especially since even consumer aerial shells are not legal there. Setting off a barrage like that at 11 PM on a non-holiday is not the wisest action, in my opinion...
