With this post I am making. I am not representing this company or any other company. This is what “Someone” once told me.
A fireworks distributor may ship to almost any state. If the shipment is picked up at the truck depot in most any state. Of course I suspect this requires the cooperation of the trucking company. Why is that?

When a product goes from one state to another and stays at the truck depot. The theory is that it is not in any state as long it does not leave the truck depot. The product is in “Commerce” as long as it remains in that commerce chain. You will then intercept it from “Commerce” aka Truck Depot. The pallets are then towed out to the truck depot parking lot. You then pull up with your truck and friends to load and drive away. You and product left commerce not the truck company. Do not expect a fireworks distributor to advertise this service. Value is given to larger orders. Always let a fireworks distributor know what your order value is before you ask multiple questions.

1. Do not expect to do this for less than one or multiple pallets. The bigger the order the better

This was done years back to get fireworks in California at a truck depot across the state line near the California border. The truck depot manager figured out the end game and put an end to it.
