Flash breaks in 1.4G Pro cakes?

Watching YouTube videos of many of the 1.4 Pro cakes has me thinking that the inserts often use flash for the break, rather than black powder in 1.4 consumer cakes. Wondering if that is just my imagination that there often is a bright light burst that is not as obvious with consumer cakes. I guess I need to dig into the 87-1C standard to see if that aspect is covered.

Let the people that manufacture the products be concern about the ingredients. But yes they are manufactured differently sometimes when compared to Consumer Fireworks specifications. You can hear and see it in the performance of AP products
