Ok so theres time fuse in the tubes and they are cross matched on the inside of the tube as well??
How long is your time fuse?? Mine burns at 3 sec per inch so i dont have much length. How far inside the shell does your fuse reach?
I think there was a hole in my glue. All my time fuse was 1.5" and i crossed matched it at the 1" mark for a 3 second burn before bursting.
Made these using some stuff from skylighter. Black powder kit, zinc cut star kit and D1 glitter pumped star kit. Ball milled all my powder and granulated it with alcohol.
I used about a teaspoon of...
I need a few 4" guns. Most of the places ive looked are sold out!
I think so. Im not sure on that one either. Ideally you want it at least 2 feet off the ground to prevent shrapnel
Adding the flash boom means to fire a salute simultaneously with the fireball. So you would rig up your gas fire ball and then use a ground salute a few yards away (wire it paralell or in series with...
Thanks brother!! I posted in the wrong section so i have 2 posts! Lol
Oh yeah definitely need some steel guns..lol..i dont think that coffee can would appreciate it very much!
A little gasoline and methanol makes a nice one..lol
Cool rick!! Im glad you finally fired a cremora!! I think youre right about the gun length. It may give you a more "formed" effect. My small ones are 9" tall and and the 6" is 2.5 feet.
I used the cobra. I had 5 gas balls and timed them to go off 0.5 sec apart but i had them to close together so it looked like one big one. Next time i will run them horizontal So they can all be seen...
Fireballs were gas. One didnt lift all that well and had a good bit of fallout. The ground breaks were 2 cakes that tipped over! I was pissed. I had them on plywood and used some appoxy to hold them...

Nice lookin stash!! Its always a pleasure working with the boom. Jack is always a pleasure to deal with. I have a small stash but we cant shoot here in Ga...way to dry. No fun for pryos. We broke out...
1.4 buddy..im not that advanced 60g commander in cheif from wfboom
Hey Liame. I tested my rack last night (built the same one as yours). I series wired 10 can shells and sent them all up at the same time. Rack held up just fine.
Thank you!!! Its going to be a slow process. 1 i dont want to blow my face off. 2 i want them to actually work!!
Ive only ever used WFBoom. So im kinda biased. The Buzzards Roost and Blue Rush cakes are pretty cool. The blue rush goes much faster that whats shown on their videos so if you fire 2 at the same...
I want to try and make some 4" shells for next 4th. So i thought i would start with the BP since its the basis for all fireworks. So lift powder, burst powder and stars..
I like this post guys. Ive been thinking of a style as well. Ive only done one show with my cobra so im very new as most of you know. When i think of my style..i think of symmetry. I like the idea...
Hell i thought redgum was the easy way! I guess if i decide to go the ballmill route i can just buy some dextrin. I have the "introductory practical pyrotechnics" book and was going to try a pound...
