Well said zenith, thats our thoughts in ny as well. Safe and sane is a start to allowing fireworks in a state and after a while expansion definitely needs to be considered.

The only thing I would say to try and get changed wouldbe to separate county territories. Like urban, suburban and rural areas. Look what just happened here in Schenectady county. The whole county...
