As far as I know you can buy as much as you want.......but I would think for the items you dont shoot that night you prob have to have a permit....and I do know that the 50% is not for whole...

I think its open to anyone...but only for 1.4 items. Dont think you can shoot 1.3...

Its a fun night out for sure get some food and watch/buy some fireworks.....can't go wrong with a night like that!!
