No damage to the rack. http://www.pyrotalk.com/bulletin/attachment.php?attachmentid=6207&stc=1
PYROBOOM has a new lineup of consumer mortar racks for sale. Gator Mortar Racks!
We are so confident that these are the Toughest Racks on the Planet? that if you can find another wooden...
Awesome to hear this. Thank you for taking time to give us a shout out.
What is interesting it the Crackle owner states it works with Pyroboom's P1200 lineup of firing systems. I'm surprised he has not reached out to me months ago to help support his system. I'd...
The price I set is way, I mean way less than $246.00. Their prices seem OK to me.
I'd like to see a picture of your racks. You should be using 1.5" thick wood for the frame. Then adding rails makes it even stronger. We use OSB for the bottom rail. I've also seen where some...
We have 1.25" DR9 tubes at pyroboom.com. I believe we are the only supplier in the USA that sells this size tube.
I'm guessing a 2" IPS DR7 won't work. I don't know of anyone that has ever shot from a 2" DR7 tube, but I'd be interested to know what you find out. The specs of a DR7 should be all over the...
We have 15 rolls of Yellow Fast Fuse for sale.
We currently have 20 and 50ft rolls of fuse at pyroboom.com
Kellner's is getting fuse. I have an order with them, but Bob's wife told me "it was on the water"
Here's some info about fuse from my perspective:

I agree. Well said. I appreciate your input.
I would not build your racks using treated wood. Using a 2x4 (1.5" thick) wood is just fine for the frame. I actually recommend it.
There are no regulations/rules for consumer racks, but of...
Spot on. The price of wood has gone up about 300%
The link does not work.
Also, doesn't another company out there offer a 10% guarantee? So you could even get them 10% lower.
I wonder if the owner of Platte River Fireworks knows what is going on. If you can call Russ (the owner of Platte) and see if he knows anything. I believe he is somewhat close to Midwest.
Welcome to the group!
The new sleeve appears to be more stretchy instead of the hard plastic.
The new sleeve is clear. This is a big deal because Jeff @ MJG says to leave about 1/8" from the tip of the igniter to the...
The fuse does not go snug into the clear sleeve/shroud. You can tape it or use a toothpick to create a wedge.
I would use the DR11 12" long tubes.
Given 7/4 is on Saturday, many public shows cancelled and people want out of the house... this is a major reason to have fireworks this year. I've never seen anything like it and I"m turning away...
We will soon, but they won't be delivered until after 7/4.
Those looks like the same design from pyroboom.com. 5029
There is no duct tape on the rack. If you are seeing duct tape somewhere then it's for the camera shoot only. I don't see it myself and I took the picture, but it's 4:40am, so I'm a bit tired.

Here's a rack I made a few weeks ago
