Just seeing what everyone thinks. I use a torch if I need to slow the pace of shells down. I use a flare on a stick with fuse covers off if I have lots of shells and going to rip right threw them....

Just shot some Freedom shells last weekend in a show along with Lidu and Dominator shells in 3 4 and 5". I personally would rank the Freedom last. The 3" shells were really Really low breaking....
gopro is awesome I wear mine on my head during my shows lets you see everything. Wish I had a few of them to set around in different location. Great resolution and huge wide angle shots
I have 10 in a 3 inch rack. All finally chain I have ever seen and all suppliers around me have 10 in 3" 12 in 2.5"
whomever is your salesman just saved you lots of money this year allowing you to use there racks. You should be good just add some cakes during the show to break up the shells. have fun and be SAFE.

How do you find out how many and who has license in a state
Get shells and shoot. Have fun and be safe. If you shoot a PRIVATE show not PUBLIC you should be fine don't sweat all the little details.
Depends on how much clearance you have to your audience. In my opinion bigger is better. Go with 5" if you can safely!
Forget music and minor things. It is the greatest fireworks display in the United States. Wish I could shoot in my shows what they shoot in a single min of there show. Great show! My hats off to all...
Thought it was great. Music and shells don't match up to good cause there is so many shells still hanging in air. Great fireworks !!! Over 800,000 people in attendance!

Just seen on news were they have 400 shot v cakes Laying on there sides shooting down river off the bridge. I never seen a cake layed on its side and shot. Cool idea
