    You can make your own floats with expanding foam. Build a small frame, line it with plastic, and fill half way with foam. It should expand to fill the rest of the mold.

    A few of the smaller racks I have built. They are pretty light weight since I only used 1X3 lumber and 1 1/4 inch brad nails. So far after 2 years of use they still look new.
