You can make your own floats with expanding foam. Build a small frame, line it with plastic, and fill half way with foam. It should expand to fill the rest of the mold.

A few more of my racks. The fanned 50 shot was built last week. It weights in at about 70lbs with the tubes in. Can't wait to see it in action at my show on the 5th of July.

A few of the smaller racks I have built. They are pretty light weight since I only used 1X3 lumber and 1 1/4 inch brad nails. So far after 2 years of use they still look new.
