Awesome Joe! Loved the timing on that!
That was an American made 8" Red to White to Sapphire Peony by F&F all seasons fireworks.
Those are all valid points. I'm guess with these big cakes its just easier from a manufacturing standpoint to make them in 2 pieces and then put them together in the box. The overall goal being more...
It was my first experience with these as well. The one issue that I had with them is it seemed that the black match strands were not going to completely touch even when connecting the red and green....
Dave - Most of those big 1/1 cakes from Lynch came packaged 2/1 with a plastic connector to bridge the first and second half together. I didn't trust it so I cut them off and put the black match...
I couldnt agree more! I would have loved to get my hands on them in other sizes, we lucked into getting this 10". I worry we will never see another.....
Engineer Cat -Thanks! We were happy with how it came out, we were really trying to give those fancy shells a chance to show the effects. That 10" Yung Feng surpassed our expectations!
I've heard this a few times but I can't confirm the accuracy. I will tell you 8's were all American made and the 10's both have manufacture dates that were a few years old. So it seems that it might...
Here is the link to the video of my shoot on the 3rd this year. Private party with a nice budget! We shot everything from some 1/1 cakes up to 10" Yung Feng! Pardon the screams in the background!

I use solid core 23AWG i got in bulk cheap online. I have some runs that are well over 50ft long and never had a failure to fire. I do try to limit the amount of ematch per channel to just one when...
Some have a delay fuse of 1-3 seconds between shells or even flights of shells in some cases. Some also are made with no delay. It just depends on the application.
Boy I wish it would catch on too! None of the 1.3 distributors near me have anything of that nature in their catalog.
I've been seeing a lot of videos online of daytime fireworks with color smoke. I know there are some consumer items out on the market but i'm wondering if 1.3G distributors are currently carrying any...
Here is a link to the video, supposedly was a firecracker factory. I'm no expert but this blast looks nothing like it came from bulk pyro chemicals.

No worries, Half of my mods I got with the case from cobra. The other half I just bought the cases on amazon and slide the mods into the cases with the factory foam. I also buy antenna extenders on...
get the ones with no foam. The foam the mod is shipped in from cobra fits in the seahorse case perfectly.
That I would love to see! If you don't mind DM me I would love to know where you are sourcing these and prices.
If you search old threads there is some information that I have posted regarding this permit process. If you have any questions about it feel free to DM me. Welcome and good luck on your 54 process!
Dang! That 8 incher has some girth!! lmao
For research purposes I believe I will have to put that to the test!
I like the pace you kept on the finale. Those fast 66 shot cakes are the easiest way to set up a finale like that. Pricey though, like 120 a pop. I feel if he has the racks 2.5 salute chains would be...
I love those Lynch Rolling Thunders. I had 6 in my 4th show this year! Cool video Dave I watched it all yesterday. I couldn’t find those 4 inch candles in the show with all that product going up....
Sounds like you run the gamut from small up to big! I like your style! Lynch sells a double magnum 5 inch salute. I wonder how it compares to the 6 or 8 inch. It’s priced is in between the 6 and 8.
I have not but those are all things that are important to me and I do appreciate that very much. I take a lot of time to carefully consider pace and effect. I am guilty of liking a lot of boom though...
You are 100% right on that. We just don't have any 5 inch guns yet. Working on that as we speak! What is your opinion on 4's? Do you think they are worth the difference than just shooting more 3's....
