I have been a long time customer of phantom, and was kinda disappointed when I compared their prices to other retail stores in the area. I don't know what phantom hopes to accomplish with these outrageous prices but it certainly isn't a higher customer count. Another thing although phantom has good quality products I feel they should expand their inventory to include companies such as (brothers,world class etc.)
I know phantom does sell "some" brothers and black cat and I know they sell the Excalibur shell kit,but it's time to expand the inventory not the prices, for the customers sake,they should try and lower their prices a bit to help us out, I'm a dedicated customer and a premier V.I.P, I just feel that more people would shop there with more affordable prices. I know there are many out there that agree with me,and I know there's warehouse cost and shipping and of course the unavoidable profit, but Ive seen Excals for less than $100 a box,where there selling them for more like $170 a box. Another thing I'd like to see in phantom stores is systems for the more advanced fireworks enthusiast,like the cobra firing system and others,and quick match and e-match since from my recent experiences and conversing with others it seems like more and more people are going to electronic firing techniques rather than the famous lighter or torch (punk) way of light and run,that was fun when I was 18-25, but now that im past the 30 mark,it's not so fun anymore and is becoming more difficult with my knees being as bad as they are. I don't know just a thought about the expansion,leave me messages and let me know what you think.
