This may be a dumb question but I'm still kinda new to most of this bug for kellners open shoot, can u bring someone to shoot wit u as long as ur the one buyin them?

My guess is you are the one with the license or Pa Permit, so you are the one allowed to buy, unless your "someone" is also listed on permit.
In any case -- as long as the both of you sign a disclaimer (an absolute must) before you go onto the field, then your buddy can also help/shoot.
