Thanks to Dave, I know feel confident enough to share some professional grade european fireworks, with you guys. This time we will take a look at some powerful Salute Shells, from the company "Di Blasio Elio". This product line is better known as Colpo 80, with 3 different shells in the line. These are known as: Colpo Atomyc 80, Colpo Cobra 80 & Colpo Viper 80.

These are some very powerful shells, with one hell of a kick. "Di Blasio Elio" has produced a wide variety of salutes, but these three shells are the most common on the market. They were intended to only be used by professionals, but quickly they found their way to the black market. All the shells are 3" cylinder salutes without Titanium, and usually comes with a thick plastic casing. (Sometimes cardboard, but these are rarities.) The lift cup is also plastic, and has a tendency to leave large pieces of plastic debris in the mortar tube. So you have to turn the tube upside down, before you reload. The powder amount differs from 205,5g - 411,5g N.E.M. These salutes are classified as 1.1g, making transportation very difficult for people without a license. However, in the past few years some internet shops has started to sell these items to everyone. Using normal postal service or courier companies. This is of course a great concern to many people, who realize the dangers of 1.1g products. (If you know any of these shops, DO NOT post any links!)
I will now go into some details on all three shells:

COLPO ATOMYC 80

This is the smallest of the shells, but still this little bugger packs a powerful punch. With over 200g of Flash Powder composition, this is a great shell for professionals. It's way more noisy than your standard salute shell. I will not recommend it for anyone that doesn't know what they're doing. This is not your standard firework, it can KILL.

This shell is a little bit more powerful than the Atomyc, but the casing still has the same dimensions. The shell only contains 22g more flash powder, than it's little brother, so there is no audible difference when firing these shells next to each other. It's also the same price as the Atomyc.

So, this is the really big bad boy! Loaded with over 400 grams of Flash Powder, this is a seriously dangerous firework. And should only be used by professionals. Unlike the other two shells, I have not had a chance to try out this particular shell. But hopefully I will in the next couple of weeks!

Awesome... Thanks for taking the time and doing this for us. I love seeing different fireworks from other companies and countries to see how they compare to things we use in the USA

I see you added a nice long piece of Visco Fuse to the Viper 80. I would have done the same thing if I was lighting something that big by hand. Great videos!! Thanks!
