Does anyone have any idea what these effects are or know of a video? They are dominator 62mm shells:

PFX62BB-BDW: Blue Dahlia Waterfall
PFX62BB-RDW: Red Dahlia Waterfall

I'm not sure if they are dahlias or falling leaves or something else. I figured they aren't horsetails since they have 62mm horsetails.

That's weird...they are the same videos listed as the horsetail shells. Maybe they just changed the name?

Those items look like short lived wind bells.

The links I found were in a website index directory named "videos" on dominatorfireworks.com found doing a google search. Website index pages aren't typically public but are used to hold files that are displayed or linked to on a public webpage. So the videos appear to have been put in that directory but not linked to anything on the actual website. Maybe they weren't linked because they are not accurate. Probably best to contact dominator to be sure.

The effect is what we typically call a "sky mine"--similar to a horsetail, but not a charcoal based streamer. I looked on the ACE site for anything with that part number, but got zero hits. Perhaps AL at FireArt can chime in--he knows "all things Dominator". We have shot them in the past, but I don't recall if they were 2 1/2" [62mm] OR 3" shells from Dun Pai [Dominator}

Those are considered dahlias. Their horsetail ones would be PFX62BBHR and PFX62BBHB and they are a gold to blue or red tips

captainpryo is correct. Those are dahlia shells. I think they were a new item last year. The horsetails are gold streamers with colored tips and the dahlias are just the color stars that hang. Kind of like windbells as joewad mentioned.
Below are a couple of links to shows at Pyromania last year where you can see the difference.
The first has the horsetails with blue tips (PFX62BB-HB). They are at the very top of the screen starting at about 3:28. The color doesn't show well in the video. They are much brighter in person: https://youtu.be/jrJoqZh0EOM?t=206

This one has the red dahlia shells (PFX62BB-RDW) starting at about 4:18: https://youtu.be/i_AVf9nYzXs?t=256
I had never seen the dahlia shells before and had to ask the Fireworks Forever guys what they were. They told me that the shells were new and that they would be bringing them in this year.

Both shows are great examples of what can be done using 1.4 only.

Thank you for clearing that up. It is much appreciated.
