Audiobox file skipping?

My music file (named audiobox) is skipping when I listen to it through the audiobox. It does not skip when I play it in show creator. Does anyone have a clue as to how to fix this?

You would have to rescript, but if you add some silence at the beginning of the track, it will allow the 18r2 and the audio box to sync up.

I had a similar issue with my soundtrack before I added another song and some silence to the beginning of the audio file. It plays as should now

It has 3+ seconds of silence at the beginning. Also it skips in multiple places but not at the beginning and it does not skip if I use the Audio Test button.

Added 10 seconds and it's still skipping.

Do you have new batteries in the audio box?

Yes brand new duracells. I swapped batteries, same issue. I swapped thumb drive and the other won't play at all. I built a new music file from a different Itune, added 10 seconds. Same issue. The song is also playing slow when I start it with the Remote. When I use the test button on the audio box, it works perfectly.

Side question:
When you put the thumb drive into the 18R2 is anything supposed to happen? Nothing changes on my display. I see c00 and 0.1. Test button is solid and sync blinks.

User Error. Problem solved. Didn't see the bit rate settings in the manual.
