what are the reqiurements for a atf permit in new jersey?

i was wondering what the reqiurements were for this state.

The requirements are you must sign a petition to have the TV show Jersey Shore removed from the air waves. LOL
The requirements are the same for all states in United States. The procedure is handled by the Federal Government. The state has no authority in you obtaining or denying you an ATF permit to purchase 1.3 fireworks.
