I bought the excals and the Goliath this year and that's what got me hooked on fireworks. I think they compliment each other nicely.

I heard from one of the guys at my local fireworks store that Big Pro Shells were just as good an in his opinion better than excals, so I would say they definitely have some good product. I've also hear that FEAR IN MY ENEMIES EYES is a pretty awesome 500 shot cake

I was at a private show this past 4th and the guy set up 2 Fear in the enemies eyes about 50 yards away from each other and I'll tell you first hand IT WAS AWESOME and I'll have them in my show next year. The pro shells he was shooting were great. Big breaks, good color and loud

The FEAR IN MY ENEMIES EYES is simply amazing.. but I would suggest buying it at the wholesale level.... or you will be raped in cost for it..lol

I think the pro shells were good, but I think just my opinion again the excals sounded better

In my opinion World Class doesn't have a great sprinkler cake. American Trucker, Black Label, or Addiction are all ok but not what I would call good. They just need to work on the sprinklers because I think for the most part everything else is good.

yes i agree with that they could use a little work

Wellll.......you would be really surprised who makes what....
I happen to know for a fact that some brothers factories do make certain WC products - it was on a supplier production sheet i had a couple years ago - I was really surprised myself when i seen this....

Joyce I am glad you chimmed in with that. I just heard a story that Exterminators are made in the same factory as Excaliburs. It was a pretty credible source .......

That is true Palermitano....

So Is it safe to say they are the same shell ? Because I think I can get Exterminators Cheaper then Excals.....

Pyro Nation

That would be a assumption that many make....

It is amazing how many brands are out there and yet a lot of them are made from one company just under different names

I was told by a guy at Bigs, the pro shells and the exterminator shells are made in the factory were the excals used to be made. He says the excals are nothing compared to what they used to be. He also is saying that the exterminator and pro shells are what the excals were when they first came out. So from what I am gathering is that todays excals are not the same and the exterminator and pro shells are the old excals.

I had the pro shells before and I do think they pack a tiny bit more punch then the excals. Both are awesome, regardless.

Does anyone make a 60 gram ball shell? All maximum load reloadable shells are canisters. I want some huge symetrical breaks mixed in with the same bang you get from the excal or pro shell canisters. Do they exists?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can have the same amount of comp in a ball shell due to the shell size limitations. To put the same amount of comp as in a canister shell, you would need a bigger ball shell to fit it all in. And that can't happen because manufactures are limited to a 1.75" diameter. That's why they went to a canister. 1.75" diameter but longer to fit the maximum load.

I hear the same thing from guys who dont sell Excals. the 2007 Excalibur was much better then this years.

They still are a great can but it does make one wounder what they were like back then compared to today's excal I may try some exterminaters and pro shells to see.does any one know if pyro direct is having any kind of sales being it is the off season.

That makes sense. I was wondering if that was the reason, I just didn't know myself. So what would be the best pre-loaded 2-3 inch single shot tube then? Like the excal of the pre-loaded tubes?
