Based on response number 2, looks like Europe should have them. LOL

You should have come to the PGI convention if you want illegal firecrackers. LOL Here is a video someone posted from the 2015 PGI convention. Looks like they had a nice assortment.

Rich, you have an ATF license now. Check with some of the 1.3 distributors , you can legally purchase similar items as 1.3 that are brown wrapped. Many times they do not advertise they are selling them.

Wait Rob has some from 2 years ago. My guess is he still has some left give him a call. I find these firecrackers more fun to look at than to actually use them. After lighting a few I get bored

This is in the firecracker section so I am sure he means firecrackers. There must be 20 brands of those same firecrackers out there. They all seem the same to me with different labels. In addition they all seem to be packaged the same way with different outer wrappings. I once heard they are the same as thunder king inserts.

Very interesting...

They are. That's why they have pre burners and whistles... it's the rising effect. The big 1 inch cased firecrackers are the same as well

I was just over on the other side of the world a couple months ago on vacation. I should have stopped off in Europe somewhere on the way back and had a little pyro fun while there. :p

Can we just change this thread to "snakes and sparklers"?

The legal for ATF holders crackers are typically named color flower or color Thunder. They perform well but keep immaculate records of these. They tend to catch attention since other than bombardment strings, not many operators have a use for them. A case would last you a very long time. Be careful of the plugs as they tend to fly. I prefer soft bodied crackers for bombardments.
