I've purchased a few of the 16,000 roll firecrackers thru the years, which have always been a big hit...almost a kind of novelty due to the size of the things.

Is there any reason why they are made in 4, 8, and 16,000 counts?

Seems to me a company could have the leg up on, lets say, a 20,000 count roll. Does 16,000 represent a maximum powder count? Like a 500 gram cake? Seems to me 16,000 is the universal count no matter what brand I look at. Just curious?

Maybe bc even at 16k the thing is freakin enormous and heavy....you'd need a forklift to load 20k or up.....

A 16,000 count roll of firecrackers equals 1000 standard packs. A 8000 count roll equals 500 standard packs. The roll sizes are based on the single pack size count.
