Building my first firework racks.

Hi!

For this new year celebration, i plan on building som racks to use in my show. Since i live in Denmark all kinds of artillery shells is illegal, so an ordinary rack for 1.75"-2" motars is out of the question for me. However i plan on building a similar rack for 30mm and 50mm single shots. The 30mm is also in af 50mm cardboard tube, så they will fit the same rack.
Secondly i will build a rack for firework rockets. Here in Denmark rockets are popular, and they are legal up to 75gram NEM. The best ones are called Zink 905, and thats the ones i will use.
Lastly i will build a rack for roman candles, they are cheap, and can be pretty nice if you put alot of them in a fanned rack.

It looks like you are on the way to having a nice display setup. We don't have [legal] access to rockets like the ones available in Europe [although some real beauties find their way here once in a while]. What size and type Roman Candles can you get there? Are they the typical 8-10 shot small bore [15mm ] Chinese style--or do you have access to larger bore Candles like the 1.3g professional ones sold here in the US to licensed pyros? Also, what type fuse do you have access to there legally? Visco, QuickMatch, etc? we are always interested in how things are done in other corners of the world.

We have [legal] access to both the small 8-10 shots 15mm, and the bigger 5 shots 30mm with small reports. Sadly consumers dont have access to any kind of fuse here in Denmark, så if you want to fuse something up you can´t legally. Some young guys take short pieces og green visco from small fireworks and tie them togehter, but thats just a bad solution. However it is easy to get hold of some fuse, if you know the right people, or know where to look. You can get green visco, quickmatch and safety fuse.

Well i found some scrap wood, and started building... I'm prettur pleased with the result :)

I like how you added the holders for the candles on the ends of the one shot rack in pic 33. Nice job on all of them.
