Have anybody did string spiking on any consumer canister shells?

Consumer [1.4g that have a valid EX number] canister shells can only have 60 grams maximum of composition--and are generally not flash broken, so the standard cardboard tubes with clay plugs work well for mass producing this type of shell. No reason or value to the time required to spike them.

If you were making a 1.75" shell it would NOT be a consumer shell but would fall under the 1.3 or 1.1 rules depending what was inside it...therefore, the question of spiking a "consumer canister" is irrelevant.
Many small inserts --such as you see in the Beraq shells from Malta are spiked,,,but again, this is comparing apples & oranges.
