Hi all,

So I've decided to work on something different,
I have ideas of a basic rocket engine (R-candy) and making a ball shell/canister to fit on top of the rocket and be able to shoot it up and ignite the shell etc any methods of the thrust I'll need to use or any ideas please share I'm just requesting some help from you guys.

I've seen ones launched but no how to's, any videos or advice is much appreciated.

Thanks guys!

Tip 1: You'll get a way better break using a ball shell.

I would make black powder rockets instead... go for 3/4" id x 7.5" length. Nozzled core burners should do what you need.

And don't underestimate cylinder shells... since rockets are easier to orientate, you can get excellent breaks. Watch TR's rockets... all cylinders, all perfect.

If you don't know what you're doing, you'll need to find someone with experience to properly instruct you. Rockets can be tricky, and sometimes it's hard to identify why something isn't working... but with proper consolidation, and small increments you shouldn't have too many issues.

Good luck!
