Hey guys, I'm thinking about making some ball shells using pumped stars, and I'm wondering how to safely dry pumped stars, and where to safely dry them

On a screen away from any flammable or sparking electrical material & sources--preferably outside. Not something you should do in your kitchen, basement, or garage!

Can't the stars ignite due to drought in the Summer?

No. Very unlikely at least, unless you're drying composition in a round steel bowl in direct sunlight.

That was my fear aswell until i visited southeren europe were the summers are pretty intense(up to 100F) and they lay everything to dry in the direct sun.

Look at some of the You Tube videos of star manufacturing in foreign countries--Italy, Malta, China, etc. You will see huge batches of stars drying in the sun on screens.
