I am going to guess the state of Maine legalized consumer fireworks last year. According to what I am reading there are only two consumer fireworks stores in the state. Here is some video, it looks like both stores are owned by the same person. From the looks of the product on the shelves, Black Cat must have made deal with the owner. I would love to know if Phantom plans to move into Maine soon.
Steve Marson owns both this store on Route 1 and the fireworks store in Manchester -- as well as Central Maine Pyrotechnics, a commercial fireworks business.

I must have grabbed an older story. I knew Phantom had to be In there somewhere. I would love to know if they are getting business from Canada being so close to the border.
