HAFIZABAD: The Saddar Police raided a mini-fireworks factory in Faisal Town where they seized about fifty kilograms explosive material and some fireworks and registered a case against five persons. The police arrested three persons while two escaped.
On a tip off, SHO Saddar police raided the mini- fireworks factory where the owner has been manufacturing fireworks in violation of the law. The police arrested Zawar Muhammad Ali, Usman and Mansha while two others escaped.
It is pertinent to mention here that the said factory is functioning in the Faisal town for the past over a decade and it is situated about one hundred yards away from the DPO office.
