I am curious if anyone outside of United States has these firecrackers for sale in their country?

Not exactly the same ones but very similair crackers are sold in Belgium under the name of coloured flower.
They contain about 1,6/2.0 grams of flash. Older versions that were sold in Belgium also had a green preburner.

many flavors and names of these pop up every year. so they are getting in. some i have seen in the last year are Zukis/coloured Flowers/Cobras. and some others I cant recall at this time.
all the same 2-3gr items most with a short flare before the bang.

Those were the Meng Kong/MT Color Flowers and IMO the best in that size. I've shot many color flowers and most are weaker. PGH is right. Zuki is maybe 1/2 gram. Nice for backyard use but not in the same league as the crackers above. They are the same inserts they use in their Thunder King cakes and single shots. This company is no longer being imported due to CPSC enforcement.

I had some that looked just like that, no English anywhere on the cracker. Lit one out back, and I live in a semi rural area, way too loud for around here. Gave them to a friend who has a lot of land. He used them up.
